An 8″ vinyl, Ron English “Lucy Exposed” Disseceted was created for the Zac Pac Toy store Ron English Tribute Show in Tokyo, Japan. (via MoistProduction).

Lucky Bunny’s first vinyl toy releases this August. The “Grenade Bunny” is self-explanatory in look, limited to 50 pieces, and runs $175. Hold Up Art is handling the pre-sale.

The “Grenade Bunny” is the first vinyl toy from Hold Up Art, a feat made possible by Pretty in Plastic. The gallery has worked with Lucky Bunny (artist Rick DeSimone) on prints and on the retrospective exhibition “Look Back and Laugh,” which opened on May 21, 2011.

I love tea. As such, I also love the toys produced by Lunartik which celebrate the beverage in a delightfully quirky way. The 6.5 inch vinyl figures of series 2 each come with cup and saucer and represent a different flavor. You’ve got lemon tea, and for those less sour mint tea. 2 other colors/flavors round out the collection and there is also a limited edition stirrer to finish the sweet selection.

Toy artist Ajee is set to release the “Kosplay” later this year. It’s a two character set, with girl and bear, and will release in both porcelain and vinyl. CrazyToyzLIFE has the full scoop.

These quirky guys are prototype toys from the brilliant Fabrice Le Nezet. Curing, as it happens, is my favorite sport… so imagine my joy in being passed along a design paying tribute to such gentlemanly pursuit (cheers, Pete).

Everything about the players is awesome.

With only 40 limited pieces, german brands DRMTM Clothing and Toykio in conjunction with SF based artist Frank Kozik will release a true red incarnation of Kozik’s iconic Dead Che artwork pack.  The pack consists of a 16 inches vinyl Dead Che bust and a white limited DRMTM Clothing x Frank Kozik tee featuring the Dead Che print in red/glow in the dark.

A black version of the DRMTM Clothing x Frank Kozik “Dead Che” Tee will also be available in a limited quantity of 100 pieces.

Toy designer, Sergey Safonov, dreamed of space travel all throughout his childhood in Russia. As a kid, Sergey was surrounded with space memorabilia: He had tons of space related-books and magazines, space food (tiny bricks of bread and space tubes) and April 12th was a family holiday. The only problem Sergey had with space toys was that all of them were replicas of spaceships and mechanisms, and he was looking for characters with which to play and tell stories. Now Sergey Safonov is grown up with a young son of his own, so he is trying to create his own space character: Luno the Moon Rover.
