Directory, a solo showing of Xerox prints shot by Ari Marcopolous from 2007 to 2010, opens tonight at White Columns. The works on display related to Marcopolous forthcoming book, also titled Directory, which launches from Rizzoli on April 15, 2011. Coincidentally, that is also the day before exhibitions closing date.
Directory runs from March 15 to April 16, 2011.

Famed fashion photographer Viktor Vauthier has completed a new project for Urban Outfitters. Shot on 35mm film, the shoot finds the East London-based photographer toying with the theme “These are the days, The time is now.”

Emiliano Granado’s latest project, Time For Print, is a catalog of portraits from Model Mayhem. It is a study of beauty and sexuality in the internet age. Time for Print refers to photographer/model work done simply for the advancement of individual portfolios.

Cult of Stacks, an exhibition highlighting 11 years of design and skate photography related to the Stacks brand opens on March 18 at Beams T-Harjuku. Eric Elms, Kevin Lyons, Geoff McFetridge, Michael Leon, Evan Hecox, Paul Stec, Laura Leon, Steven Harrington, Nick Neubeck, Rick Myers, Paul Hutchison, Mark Owens, Bob Kronbauer, Matt Irving, Rob Abeyta Jr., Mike O’Meally, Jon Humphries, Joshua Petherick, Andy Jenkins, and Jonathan Zawada, Gillian Schwartz are represented.
