While preparing his exhibition at White Walls earlier in the year, Roa made sure to leave a lasting impression on the city of San Francisco. “Belgian aerosol artist Chase just painted an entire block of the Venice Boardwalk. Chase is the guy behind all those eyeballs and baby face murals popping up around the city. “Remember Who You Are”, “Where Attention Goes Energy Flows”, “Do What You Love” are some of the slogans you’ll see on these murals, which are now all over the world as well, from France to the Czech Republic. This guy has been in L.A. for twenty years and he’s a true blue Los Angeles success story, having built the Chase brand single handedly from zero, now lecturing and showcasing worldwide.”
