Craig Costello recently spent some time in Hawaii installing his largest site specific installation to date, via Juxtapoz:

August cover artist Craig Costello, just returned from Hawaii after finishing a new exhibition at Loft In Space, Site-Specific Painting and Sculpture. The exhibition featured Costello’s signature KRINK work; new paintings, his largest sculpture to date, and a 50ft site-specific mural. Even the governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, checked out the show. The show closed on December 9, but we still have pictures, and we are all envious to those who spend time in Hawaii in December.

As follow up to the previous recap post of the Krink x G-Shock event, here is a short behind the scenes look of Craig Costello preparing the walls at 18 Wooster Street.

On Friday, G-Shock celebrated its collaboration with Krink via a full scale installation at 18 Wooster Street in New York City. Craig Costello, Krink founder and also known as KR, spray painted gallery walls with his trademark drip, providing the perfect backdrop for showcasing the full range of his G-Shock collection.

A couple of weeks ago we showed you first teaser images of the first project under the Curated By Arkitip series by Incase. Artist Krink got together with them and today we can show you a first decent image of the final product – a laptop sleeve.
