Alvin Tjitrowirjo | Designer

Alvin Tjitrowirjo is an Indonesian designer with hopes of reviving the nation’s design industry. Many of his pieces reflect local hand craft traditions, in particular the “linger bench” which is made of rattan. Tjitrowirjo apprenticed under Marcel Wanders, giving international and poetic perspective to his local drive.
