Jose Parla in Toronto

Back in late September, I previewed Jose Parla’s mural commission in Toronto. The work, completed on behalf of Concordia Pacific at Concord CityPlace, is now fully finished. In celebration, the folks at The Ministry of Artistic Affairs connected with Parla for a terrific interview. Read it here.
