Wallworks at the Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas

The Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas maintains an ambitious art program. The goal is simple enough – “The Cosmopolitan hopes to satisfy your cultural sensibilities and foster a greater awareness, understanding, and appreciation of art and music.” However, as we all know appealing to diverse audience is never an easy task.
One initiative of The Cosmopolitan’s art program is Wallworks which began in the hotel’s parking garage and is extending slowly into other public spaces. Wallworks finds a crew of well known street artists – Shepard, Scharf, Retna, et al – adding flare to a mutating gallery space.
It’s a bit of South Beach on the strip.
