Life Captured: Garry Winogrand’s Women are Beautiful

There are roughly ten days left to catch Life Captured: Garry Winogrand’s Women are Beautiful at the Tampa Museum of Art. The inaugural exhibition in the new TMA building’s photography gallery, Life Captured stems from a book of 85 images Winogrand produced in the 1975. He’d selected the images from countless life snaps taken during the 1960s, and while focused on women they are indicative of his eye and his career.

At the Tampa Museum of Art, Winogrand’s beautiful women are displayed as a full collection for the first time.
