Tristin Lowe: Mocha Dick at Williams College Museum of Art

This is AWESOME!
On view at the Williams College Museum of Art, Tristan Lowe’s Mocha Dick is constructed entirely of felt. Taking up the majority of one of the museums larger galleries, it is a grand achievement of textile arts. Originally exhibited in 2009 at Lowe’s Philadelphia Fabric Workshop and Museum, the whale is on view in Massachusetts through August 8, 2010.
