Artists EA Byrne and Jamie Lau work collaboratively for the first time in Teotwawki, an exhibition opening in London on May 14, 2010. The two London natives focus on themes related to anxiety, doom, and gloom. Their work proposes to express the juxtaposition of summer idyll with unyielding societal fears.

Byrne and Lau’s collaboration might be unlikely, given differing artistic practice, however it is born of long term support and respect. The exhibition will run through June 13, 2010.

Fold Gallery, 31 Fortesque Avenue, E8 3QB, London.
