Kanu Chair

Retro to Go pointed out the Kanu Chair from Cassina today. It’s designed by Konstantin Grcic, who fused two pieces of of bent plywood and then by “scraping up” reduced the layers at the join until it becomes fully integrated. It basically looks like half a tube with a seat slid in the middle. Its got some charm, and brings out a desire for delineated personal space.
