Dominic Davies for the Big Fat Duck Cookbook

There’s no hiding my admiration for chef Heston Blumenthal. He’s an artist in his own right, but recognizing that his talents are best used in the kitchen he worked with photographer Dominic Davies to bring his culinary creations to full life in the new publication The Big Fat Duck Cookbook. Safe to say, I’ve not seen more exceptional food photography. (via Daily Icon).
