Loz Verney | Painting

Born in South London, Loz Verney currently lives in Munich, Germany. His paintings draw inspiration from the urban environment of his childhood. Running themes include the block houses of his youth. These help to frame paintings that address social grievance and gaps between the rich and poor. Despite the occasional dark turn, Verney’s paintings also express a certain optimism, a reflection of his own growth.
A selection of paintings after the jump.
