The Citadel | Floating Apartments

What to do when land is at a premium? If we’ve learned anything from Dubai, the answer is build out into the water. Dutch firm Waterstudio has designed the world’s first floating apartment structure in an effort to combat rising water levels. The project is directed by Koen Oithuis.
